WHAT IS THE COPCC?

The Checklist of Occupational Performance Components in Children (COPCC) is non-standardized assessment tool that can be used by Occupational Therapists with children aged 3 to 6 years.

It allows for informal assessment of all of the components contained in the model, including sensory, motor, cognitive-perceptual, affective and motivation components.

THIS PRODUCT CONSISTS OF THE COPCC ASSESSMENT KIT AND THE COPCC FORMS.

COPCC FORMS:

Printable PDF documents that consist of the COPCC Assessment Forms, User Guide and a comprehensive reference list. The PDF documents are licensed to the therapist or practice and you may print unlimited amounts for clinical use.

COPCC ASSESSMENT KIT:

A kit containing all of the materials and toys needed to administer the COPCC to children. One advantage of the COPCC above other paper-based assessments is the inclusion of test items on a three-dimensional level for which the kit is essential. The kit is packaged in a durable bag with handles for easy carrying – ideal to take with you wherever you need to perform assessments.
